Meezan Bank is looking for Operation Manager for their Karachi Branch.

Skills Required:

  • well-versed with AML/CFT Regulations, FCY Accounts & Operation, and another general banking branch Operations.
  • Good communication skills
  • MIS reporting

Requirements:

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s or master from HEC recognized institution.
  • Position: Operation Manager
  • Salary: Rs: 120,000
  • Experience: 5 years of experience in branch Operation and a minimum of 2 years as Operation Manager.
  • Location: Karachi

Job description:

  • Overall supervision of all general banking branch operations.
  • Ensure compliance of SBP policies and SOPs while processing any transaction.
  • Ensure all transaction input and supervision are duly supported by source documents and daily work is completed before COB.
  • Ensure staff in the branch adheres to the polices, procedures and controls and also to the directs.
  • Periodically review the procedures to ensure compliance with SOPs and SBPs regulations.
  • Ensure the Bank is not exposed to any unwarranted risk by implementing internal controls and accountability at each level particularly against money laundering.
  • Implement technological and procedural changes introduce by Head Office to ensure highr efficiency and better quality of service.
  • Maintain staff discipline and ensure professional excellence and availability of a backup.
